Regina joined BCG Advisors in February 2012 after 10 years as a Human Resource Director. Regina is currently responsible for the Human Resource needs of BCG Advisors ‘clients. She aids the organizations in Human Resource strategy, areas such as custom handbooks and training modules, HR policy and procedure and state and federally mandated programs such as FMLA, COBRA and disability. Additionally, all marketplace Regina oversees the benefits team as it relates to the day-to-day needs of BCG’s group benefit clients, as well as handling, individual and senior product sales. Regina a licensed producer for Life and Health Insurance.
Regina received her Master of Science Degree in Industrial and Organization Psychology in 2007. Regina is an avid fan of the NY Yankees and LA Rams. She currently resides in Nutley NJ, with her husband and two children.
