Documents Required for Proposal

  • Completed and signed Nonprofit application
  • Currently valued insurance company loss runs for the current policy period plus 4 prior years
  • Photographs of location(s)
  • Brochure, advertising materials and website information

Carrier

  • These coverages are underwritten by Insurance Companies rated A+ (Superior) or better by A.M. Best.

  • Interest free installments available
