General Liability

Comprehensive General Liability--Limits to $3,000,000

  • Condominium unit owners as additional insureds
  • Liability for common areas (pools, tennis courts, lakes, etc)
  • Employee Benefits Liability

Property

  • All Risk on Building, Contents, Loss of Income, and Extra Expense
  • Replacement cost

Automobile

  • Owned auto
  • Hired and non-owned auto
  • Rental Reimbursement
  • Towing

Umbrella/Excess Liability

  • Limits up to $10,000,000

Directors and Officers Liability

  • Defense costs in addition to the Limit of Liability
  • Most favorable venue wording for punitive, multiple or exemplary damages
  • Order of payments language with priority placed on indemnifying Individual Insured first

Documents Required for Proposal

  • Completed and signed/dated Condo application
  • Photo
  • Currently valued insurance company loss runs for the current policy period plus three (3) prior years

Carrier

  • These coverages are underwritten by Companies rated A+ (Superior) or better by A.M. Best

Payment Terms

  • Interest free installments available
