Bill Scuorzo - President & CEO
Bill is the founder and President of The Benefits Consulting Group, Inc. Bill started BCG Advisors in December of 1999 after a very successful career as a New Business Representative for large groups (up to 10,000 employees) at US Healthcare. Bill is known for his impeccable industry knowledge, strong carrier relationships and a dedication to detail. Bill has written numerous articles about various aspects of employee benefit planning for industry publications and is asked to speak about the changing benefits environment. Bill also participates in roundtable discussions with national carriers about market trends and new product and plan design introductions to meet changing consumer demands.

Bill graduated from the University of Scranton where he received a BS in Marketing. Bill is very active in the community and currently serves on several Boards of Directors. Bill's hobbies include golf, fishing, and surfing. Bill currently resides in Little Silver, NJ with his wife, five year old son Andrew, two year old daughter Amelia and dog Kona.
Kevin Mohr - MBA Vice President, Partner
Kevin joined BCG Advisors April of 2001 also after a very successful career as a New Business Representative for large groups (up to 10,000 employees) at Aetna US Healthcare. Kevin is responsible for providing new clients with the guidance, expertise and planning needed to meet bottom-line objectives. Kevin is known for providing his clients with industry leading consulting and support which leads to higher employee satisfaction, increased employee productivity and bottom-line cost savings to our clients.

Kevin graduated from the University of Scranton where he received a BS in Communications. He then obtained a Masters in Management from Seton Hall University where he graduated with honors. Kevin is regularly asked to speak about the employee benefits industry and is very active in industry associations.
Kevin's hobbies include fitness training and fishing. He currently resides is Jersey City, NJ
Edward Westermann Jr. - Vice President, Commercial Lines
Edward joined BCG Advisors in March 2008 from Philadelphia Insurance Companies. At Philadelphia Insurance Companies, Ed was recognized as a top salesperson in writing commercial property and casualty/liability insurance policies for commercial accounts of all sizes and in a variety of industries. Ed shares the same commitment to excellence that BCG Advisors is known for providing to our clients and his expertise will benefit our clients greatly.

Ed graduated from Loyola College in Baltimore where he received his BBA in Finance and is currently working towards his CIC designation. He is avid golfer and currently resides in Hoboken, NJ.
Chris Hilinsky - Vice President, Financial Services
Chris joined BCG Advisors in January 2011 from BCG Advisors' acquisition of Hilinsky Capital, LLC. Chris started his career as a Financial Representative for Northwestern Mutual where he worked with individuals and businesses to assess their financial picture and take the necessary steps to reach their financial goals. From there he moved onto Hamilton Financial Services where he served as Vice President of Sales and worked with businesses assessing their risk management portfolios while implementing Buy-Sell, Cross Purchase, and Disability Buy Out agreements between partners. He also worked with individuals and streamlining their estate plans to create liquidity within their estates, assure the quick and efficient distribution of their assets, and minimize their tax exposures.

Chris then started his own company, Hilinsky Capital, LLC, in 2009 where he consulted with small businesses analyze and rework their business plans to become more efficient, increase cash flow, and become more profitable while decreasing their risk exposures. He has been recognized as a Premier Partner for Lincoln Financial Group as well as a member of the Million Dollar Round Table.
Chris brings his expertise to BCG Advisors where he will head up the Financial Services department providing individual insurance and financial services to businesses owners and their employees.
He currently resides in Bayonne, NJ, and aspires to be a scratch golfer.
Robert (Bob) Neal - ChFC Vice President, Personal Lines
Bob joined BCG Advisors in February of 2011 after a very successful five year career at State Farm Insurance. Bob has been in the insurance and financial services industry for over 25 years working with both individual and corporate clients. His main focus at BCG Advisors is to help our clients manage the risks of everyday life, protect their personal assets and recover from the unexpected by providing both liability and property insurance protection for their homes, cars and personal possessions. His goal is to provide the best individualized personal insurance plan at the most dollar cost effective price.

Bob is a graduate of St. Peter's Prep in Jersey City and the University of Vermont. He attained both ChFC designation. Bob's hobbies include golf, the New York Giants and spending time with his wife and stepson, not necessarily in that order.

Joanne Paolantonio - Senior Benefits Consultant
Joanne joined BCG Advisors in October of 2002 after working for another benefits and insurance Brokerage for two years. Prior to that, Joanne spent eight years at Aetna here she held several positions including account management and Sales for corporate and retirement plans. As a licensed insurance Broker, Joanne is responsible for the day-to-day interaction and support of BCG Advisors valuable clients. Joanne provides our clients with solutions to benefit, administrative, claims and compliance issues that may arise. Our clients value Joanne's diligence, knowledge and hard work. Joanne allows our clients to focus on their business, not the their employee benefits program.
Joanne graduated from Montclair State University with a BS in Business Administration and Office Systems. Joanne also holds an American Bar Association approved paralegal certificate. Joanne currently holds licenses in life and health as well as property and casualty.
Eva Masi - Senior Benefits Account Manager
Eva joined BCG Advisors in 2004 after working at Aetna for ten years. Along with her very strong organizational skills, Eva brings extensive knowledge of benefits administration and servicing benefit programs to our clients. Eva is bilingual which helps us effectively communicate important information to our diverse portfolio of clients and their employees.
Eva is responsible for interacting with our clients on a day-to-day basis to assist them administer their benefit programs. Eva is essentially our client's outsourced benefits/Human Resources Department. Eva currently resides in Bloomfield, NJ with her husband.
Karen K. Campbell - Commercial Account Manager
Karen joined BCG Advisors in 2010 after working in the private healthcare consulting field. Karen is responsible for communicating to clients about legislative changes, carrier changes, benefit changes and BCG newsletters. Additionally, Karen is responsible for providing our commercial insurance clients with on-demand assistance with day-to-day functionalities. Karen's impeccable work ethic and attention to detail on behalf of our commercial insurance clients highlight BCG Advisor's ninety five percent client retention rate.
Karen currently resides in Jersey City, NJ.
